When Things Aren’t Going So Well

Philippians 4:8
Brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.

Its good to be aware of the negative things around us, but it is so much better to witness, learn, and understand God’s great plan for you than to find ways to bring the enemy down by your own strength. Stop trying too hard and LET GOD LEAD, because it is ONLY BY HIS GRACE that we are able to receive our salvation. Not by works, not by your own faith, but by God’s grace THROUGH the FAITH that He has given you.

Things might not be going so well for you, but I hope and pray that you will learn to look past that and continue to glorify God in the midst of your difficulties because it is written in Matthew 6:4 that when you DO GOOD, do it IN SECRET. Then your Father (God) who sees what is done in secret will reward you in full.

A Short Message From Mary:

Hello my lovelies, I know I haven’t been writing much, as always. There were so many things I had to deal with (both good and bad) that I didn’t find the right time to write. Well, that is both true and false (laziness). Anyway, part of the reason is that I’m at the Philippines! Aaand, I’m going back to Dubai once again. So fast right? *sniffles* I’m feeling mixed emotions right now. But good news! I have so much to write about! I just hope that I find the time to write it, hehehe ๐Ÿ™‚ Man, God has been so good… but I couldn’t list them all right now or even then because there’s just too much to list. Anyway, I got to go spend as much time with my family and relatives (by watching a nice movie together) before we leave. I pray that you all be blessed by this post and that whatever you are going through right now, know that God will never leave you! He will be there for you through it all โค God bless my lovelies!

I Can’t Speak In Front of People… Cause I Cry Instantly.

An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.

It was only today when I figured out the reason to all my crying and my awkward conversations with people. It was both frustrating and embarrassing… confusing too. Whenever people would ask me to sing or talk in front of ย a person or crowd, I cry. Whenever I try to share a story or testimony, I cry there too! And whenever I am asked to lead the prayer for either somebody or for simple things like food, I still cry… And it makes me question my faith in God. When I cry in front of people before I share what Christ has done to my life, they think it is “tears of joy”. I felt sad, disappointed and frustrated with myself. I wanted to share the word of God, but not like this! I want to be confident, I want the words that come out of my mouth to flow like a continuous river, and cry whenever Iย feel God’s power and His awesomeness. But not because of fear.

I don’t know why but somehow, I have a good feeling. I feel that, through this struggle I could help those who encounter the same problems- if it is God’s will. But I hope and pray that someday, I could overcome this fear with the help of God. For now, I will continue to pray and just wait for His right timing. I would like to thank the Lord for giving a supportive, God-fearing, fun, and awesome sister in Christ, Eloisa G. ๐Ÿ™‚ She really helped me get through my problems and I know that I could count on her. She’s available not available all the time, but God is! 24/7. So when encountering problems… Go to Him! He will NEVER fail you!ย

Me and my dad went to shop for a new phone cover for moi, and apparently, this phone cover we were shopping for costs 35 aed (and a screen for my phone, additional 10, yeees I am spoiled), so all in all it costs 45. Too expensive for just a phone cover and a screen, so me and dad decided to get a discount… Me being, well, like my dad, I don’t go shopping much and I am a little shy, BUT we were able to lower it down to 40 instead of 45 aed.

Anyways, mom came and also decided to buy a phone cover AND guess what? The phone cover costs 45 aed and she lowered it down to 35 ._.” too bad she wasn’t happy with it’s quality… You see, my mom has this hawk-eyes, she could find any flaws of the things she (was supposed to) get in an instant. In short, the gurl is giiiiiifted!

But, don’t underestimate my dad… God gave him hawk-eyes as well, dad knows when he spots something beautiful… that’s how he got mom ;D

This picture is very captivating… and eerie at the same time. Imagine being alone, in you house and you felt lonely, so lonely, that you found yourself admiring small details around you. Listening to the howls of the wind, and the chirping of the birds… Imagine… LOL, so anyways, I added this ‘nature sound’ from Soundcloud so it would add some spark into this “Gallery”. It’s quite scary… the sound… But I thought it matched this ‘dew drop’ picture quite well, they are both eerie and captivating at the same time, I couldn’t help it…

So! Those were SOME pictures that Eddy has taken. I didn’t add the rest because my computer is bad at loading and won’t let me add the others ._.” But I will add them…. someday….

Though the pain I held, is still me, it’s the past and I gotta let it go.
